Keep Your Opt-In Lists updated Automatically
An important part of the text messaging process is keeping opt-in lists up to date. For instance, if your Customer Information System (CIS) is supplying data to your Outage Management System (OMS), most customers should keep the same list of numbers on the TextPower opt-in lists.

Automated List Processing is simple to use and provides accurate, automated opt-in list updates. Initially, we’ll need your input to set up the file. You provide us with a sample file and field map, and we create a custom import configuration for you. Once you approve the mapping and import configuration, you can automate the file upload process to run nightly. If you’re updating your OMS from the CIS nightly, you can use the same file for Automated List Processing.
The ALP Process
Create the raw output file from your CIS .

Automated List Processing is ideal if there is limited technical or IT support to manage the opt-in list update process on a regular basis. For a small initial setup fee and ongoing monthly service charge, ALP will keep your opt-in lists current and ready for urgent and important text communications.

FileUploader® is a TextPower app that makes uploading files to the TextPower system easy and convenient.
It’s important to keep your TextPower opt-in lists updated on a consistent basis. Manually managing the CIS extract file and ensuring correct formatting for the upload can be a time-consuming and error-prone process.
Some OMS and CIS providers already do this integration automatically. If yours doesn't then using ALP is a simple and easy option. We also offer a powerful and well-documented API set if you'd prefer to take the "DIY" route.
